Homenet Zambia has a well established Valuation team undertaking property valuations for insurance, sale or purchase, mortgage or collateral, balance sheet, rating, compensation, leasing and rent revision purposes.
Homenet Zambia further covers the valuation and assessment of commercial, industrial, agricultural, residential and leisure properties. In addition, the firm also undertakes the valuation of chattels, including furniture, equipment, machinery and vehicles.
Our valuations team is lead by Lazarus K Banda IRRV who is the principal valuations surveyor and is assisted by Elastus Mwiinga (BSc Real Estate, MSIZ) in Lusaka and Kirsty De Wet MRICS from our Livingstone office.
